Shipping policy

All of our products are made by hand  and will be processed within 5-7 business days of order placement. Please note that business days do not include weekends or recognized holidays.

Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped via USPS. You may choose between First Class or Priority shipping at checkout. Read below to ensure you choose the shipping method that works best for you.

PLEASE NOTE: Cyn Elizabeth Studios is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. 

First Class mail typically takes 3-7 business days to arrive after tender and DOES NOT include shipping insurance. If your package is lost/ damaged in transit, you will not be able to file a claim or be compensated for missing/damaged goods and Cyn Elizabeth Studios WILL NOT replace these items. You may choose (and we HIGHLY recommend) to purchase shipping insurance at checkout.

Priority mail typically takes 1-4 business days to arrive after dispatched and includes $100 worth of shipping insurance. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, you can file a claim through USPS to be compensated for missing/damaged goods. If your order is over $100, we highly recommend that you purchase additional shipping insurance at checkout.

International shipping typically takes 7-28 business days.

International Patrons PLEASE NOTE: Cyn Elizabeth Studios does not collect or remit VAT, international taxes, or tariffs for your order(s). You are responsible for all import taxes and/or tariffs, so please keep this in mind when purchasing. 

Tracking information is provided for all shipping methods.

If you have a transit-related question about an order that has already shipped, please contact the shipping company first. We have no control over the packages once they leave our facility, so the shipping company will be the best source for assistance. However, if you would like additional assistance after speaking with the shipping company, would like to discuss a damaged or missing order, or are having difficulties with your tracking, please contact Cyn at cynelizabethstudios@gmail.com
